Return and Refund Policy
Most of our clothing is made to order based on customer order details provided to Mamma Made It. Refunds and returns for customer orders will not be accepted. Once an order has been placed the manufacturing stage of the garment starts immediately and costs are incurred immediately by us.
Therefore we stress that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
In the rare situation where the product is faulty please notify us via email at email@example.com within 10 days of the dispatch date to resolve any problems.
The product must be retained in an unused / unwashed condition.
When returning anything back to us, for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover, as Mamma Made It cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or not received.
